Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate, you ensure that our materials, parts, and products are in the right place at the right time. Thanks to your efforts, production, assembly, and our customers continue to operate without delay. You work at the very heart of our organization and play a key role in ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly.
Your role
Every day, our organization manufactures high-quality grapples and attachments for use in demolition, forestry, and infrastructure projects. Well-organized logistics are essential to this process.
As a Logistics Associate, you are responsible for receiving, processing, and moving goods within our organization. You will work closely with your colleagues in logistics, as well as with production, purchasing, and planning, to ensure that materials are available on time and orders are shipped correctly.
Your duties will include:
• Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
• Entering goods into the ERP system.
• Storing and organizing materials in the warehouse or at workstations.
• Picking and packing orders for spare parts.
• Assisting customers with picking up their orders.
• Assisting carriers with loading shipments.
• Restocking and maintaining the Kardex storage system.
• Ensure that supplies for the production process are replenished in a timely manner.
• Assisting the production team with internal logistics and operational tasks.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse and production area.
You will also help ensure accurate recording of goods flows in the ERP system and ensure compliance with quality and safety guidelines.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a logistics team member who enjoys working with others and keeps track of everything.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain management.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably at a manufacturing company.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Must hold a forklift operator’s license or be willing to obtain one.
• Class B driver's license.

• You focus on solutions and keep a clear overview, even when things get busy.
• You are a team player with strong communication skills.
