Production Worker

About Zijtveld

Your role
As a production worker, you play a key role in our robotics hall. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that our products meet the high quality standards for which Zijtveld is known.
You work in an environment where assembly-line work, consistent quality, and efficiency go hand in hand. You know exactly what it takes to maintain output levels and switch effortlessly between different tasks.
What are you going to do?
• Operating and making the most of welding robots
• Stocking of prep stations
• Performing light welding and metalworking tasks
• Inspecting products for quality and dimensions
• Assisting with assembly and production tasks
• Identifying and resolving minor disruptions in the process
• Actively contribute to an efficient workflow on the production floor
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a hands-on person with technical expertise and the right attitude:
• Experience with welding and/or metalworking is a plus
• An interest in technology and manufacturing is a must
• You work with precision and have an eye for quality
• You’re comfortable with mass production
• You are flexible and can adapt quickly when necessary
• You have a proactive work ethic and actively contribute ideas to the process
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English
Don't have all the necessary equipment yet, but do you have the right attitude and technical foundation? Then we'd be happy to help you develop your skills further.
