Industrial sprayer

In our modern equipped workshop, we build daily with a dynamic and skilled team a wide range of grabs for different machines with diverse applications such as demolition, forestry and infrastructure. With pride, Zijtveld develops and manufactures unique and well thought-out grabs, ranging in weight from 75kg to 20 tons! With a focus on quality and innovation, we are always striving to improve our products and processes.
Your role
As an Industrial Sprayer (minimum 32 hours), you will be responsible for prepping and spraying our grippers so that they are not only optimally protected, but also look perfect. Your duties include:
- Preparing the products for the spraying process: cleaning by steam cleaner, drying and masking.
- Mixing and applying coatings and varnishes according to prescribed specifications.
- Checking the quality of spray work and touching up where necessary.
- Maintain and clean spraying equipment and work area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience as an industrial sprayer or similar position.
- Knowledge of paints, coatings and spray techniques.
- Experience with lifting/lifting equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes is preferred.
- Accuracy and a great sense of responsibility.
- Independence, but also a team player.
- Affinity for engineering and metalworking is a plus.
