HR Working Student
Are you an HRM student who would like to supplement theory with real practical experience in a technical environment? At Zijtveld Grippers, you will have the opportunity to put your HR skills into practice within an organization that has been combining craftsmanship and innovation for 30 years. You will rotate within the HR team and help to provide optimal support to the organization and our colleagues.

Your role
- HR administration: maintain personnel files, process mutations and support payroll.
- Contacts & correspondence: prepare and process employment contracts, letters and registrations in AFAS.
- Recruitment & selection: supporting with job postings, applications and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: thinking along about a warm welcome for new colleagues and preparing induction schedules.
- HR projects: including thinking along on a warm welcome for new colleagues and preparing onboarding schedules
- Own initiative: room to contribute ideas for better, smarter HR processes.
What do we expect from you?
- You are pursuing a college education, preferably HRM
- You are available 12-24 hours per week (flexible, negotiable).
- You are proactive, accurate and have strong communication skills.
- You feel at home in a down-to-earth, technical environment.
- Experience with AFAS is nice to have, but not a requirement.
