Finance Manager
Zijtveld Grabs, part of the Swedish listed Indutrade, is a leading international player in demolition and sorting grabs, with a strong focus on quality and innovation. Zijtveld proudly develops and manufactures unique and well thought-out grabs, ranging in weight from 75 kg to 20 tons! In our modern equipped workshop, we build daily with a dynamic and skilled team a wide range of grabs for a variety of applications such as demolition, forestry and infrastructure.
As Finance Manager, you will share responsibility for the financial operations of our organization. You report to the Manager Finance & Control and play an important role in the planning and control process, as well as in financial reporting. You will manage one administrative assistant.
Your role
- Provide (or have provided) accurate, timely and complete accounting, including subsequent tax activities;
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, budgets, analyses and other management information to Management, MT and Parent Company;
- Prepare sustainability reports and actively drive issues in this area;
- risk management, optimization of administrative organization and processes, and actively contributing to organization-wide process optimization;
- Coordination regarding financial and tax matters with accountants, banks, tax authorities, advisors and Indutrade;
- From financial insights and vision, help achieve the strategy.
What do we expect from you?
- Relevant completed education at at least college level;
- Between 5 and 15 years of relevant finance & control experience (including year-end closing, periodic reporting and taxation);
- Strong affinity (and preferably experience) in a manufacturing organization and , with production orders, integral costing, pre- and post-calculations, etc.
- Strong affinity for automation, e.g. Ridder ERP, Exact Online, Cognos, Power-BI, etc.
- analytically strong, proactive, practical, communicative and coaching;
- living a reasonable distance from 's-Graveland;
- Available for 28-32 hours per week;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
